NetCharts Server strengthens dataConductor.com yield management system with Web-based data visualizations

Syntricity, Inc., a pioneer in enterprise yield management for the semiconductor industry, needed graphical enhancements for some of dataConductorEP’s Web-based reports. With an urgent business need having a short timeframe, the company found a prohibitively long development phase for creating or utilizing in-house or custom graphics solutions.

Several products were evaluated and, based on the constraints of the reports and the short development timeframe, Syntricity was able to meet their new visualization requirements with NetCharts® Server.

Statistical Analysis at a Glance
Syntricity customers use the NetCharts Server visualizations to analyze their data to monitor and improve yields. The high-volume semiconductor data requires a stringent level of accuracy when performing statistical analysis.

NetCharts Server delivers accurate, robust visualizations that are incorporated into dataConductor.com’s Web-based reports, including:

• box plots,
• histograms,
• bar charts,
• line plots,
• bar-line combos,
• and scatter plots.

Quick Integration Meets Short Time-To-Market Requirements
dataConductorEP is a Web application in which the Web browser acts as the client, running on Windows and Unix server platforms. NetCharts Server graphical reporting engine integrates with both, saving Syntricity time, money and resources.

tests/parameters for various lots and sites.

The dataConductor.com report server talks to NetCharts Server through a Java API. The integration with NetCharts Server was easy to implement and allowed Syntricity to meet the time-to-market for the dataConductor.com product.
